Mark as Useful At 1:16 p.m. today a man speaking broken english claimed to be calling from a law firm to cloeect on a debt that I owed on a payday loan from a company called Cash Advance America. I never aplied nor did I recieve a loan from this company. When I explained that and also told the man that I could not understand him he hung up on me. Also his call seemed distant.

Mark as Useful Keeps calling. I'm likely to sue them in Small Claims court as soon as evidence becomes available---address to mail summons (certified & USPS mail) and/or other information leading to infringer of telemarketing laws.
